The property was overall clean with competent staff. Magnificent, stunning location to beach of Playa del Ingles. Based not far from the poolside restaurant also offering a good buffet selection, and Neptuno for a number of years. Perfectly pleasant experience there.

Came here for 1 day, the hotel was great value, it had amazing location really close to all bars at the Yumbo centre, and Yumbo shopping center. The bed was extremely comfy and all in all the room was air-conditioned and beautifully maintained. Very good service, great value for money, just what was needed. The food from the poolside restaurant was outstanding.

A very pleasant stay for our great vacation. Competent, attentive people working here. Magnificent and unbeatable location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Kasbah. The poolside restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

We had a great time during our city break at this hotel! The staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a nice balcony. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the pool area, with plenty of sun loungers available and a lovely pool to relax in. The location was also great, with the beach just a short walk away and the Yumbo Centre right next door. we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
One of the negatives was the breakfast, as we found the food to be a bit bland despite the variety offered. The other downside was the dress code for the evening restaurant, where we were not allowed in with smart shorts.
